The prospective User must complete it with their personal information in an accurate, precise, and truthful manner (“Personal Data”) and undertakes to update the Personal Data as necessary. Bunker Fitness may use various means to identify its Users; however, San Antonio Fitness Warehouse is NOT responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by its Users. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the Personal Data entered.
– Modifications to the Agreement
San Antonio Fitness Warehouse may modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice to customers. Likewise, San Antonio Fitness Warehouse has the right to change product prices without prior notice and to make modifications to its website without prior notice. Any user who does not agree with the modifications made by San Antonio Fitness Warehouse may request to have their account deleted.
